Daily Adventures

So at the moment I'm trying to train 4 times a week, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Ideally I do:

Monday - Kickboxing and FMA.
Tuesday - HEMA
Friday - FMA stick, FMA dirty boxing
Saturday - FMA

I find lately that I can't manage training mid-week.

I should do more strength and cardio on my off days.
